The Land of Dragons is the next world along the path. After a brief introduction to Mulan, you will have to stop by her camp, and meet the captain of her troop. He will have three missions ready for your party all in which you must fight, and keep the morale of the group up. This is done by collecting orbs that explode out of the Heartless when you defeat them. A morale bar in the left corner of the screen will indicate the morale of the group. For the most part you can run around and collect orbs, letting Donald's violent-ass take out the enemies. This shouldn't be too hard.
When all three missions are complete, Shang will have another task for you. You'll head up the mountain, and clear the way to a village in the mountains. Once this is complete, Mushu will have info on where Shan-Yu is, which will take you to a cave just outside the village, on your right. Head in, grab the chests on the way, and you'll reach a dead end. Shan-Yu will lock you and Mulan in, where you two will have to battle the Heartless.
Once you have won the battle, proceed out of the cave, back to the village. There you will find the village burned down and destroyed, and the captain badly hurt. He will let you know that Shan-Yu is headed toward the summit of the mountain. It's up to you to climb up the mountain after him.
Defeat the Heartless as they come. When you reach the top, Shan-Yu comes racing down after you. Mulan launches a rocket that starts an avalanche, and takes him out, but Mushu ends-up accidentally revealing her gender to the captain who walks up unexpectedly. Of course the Captain is pissed and dismisses your team for lying. After he leaves, You and Mulan see Shan-Yu crawl out of the snow. Go take off after him.
Run down the mountain, slaying heartless left and right. Head toward the palace. There you'll find the captain. Mulan will try and warn him about Shan-Yu, and how he's after the Emperor. Heartless will show-up and you'll have to take them out quick-style. You'll then ready to face Shan-Yu, making sure to jump and come down beating on his head. Limit moves are also available by this point, which make the job a lot easier. When he's dead, the Emperor and Captain will thank you guys, and it will be time to head to the next world. Hop in a gummi ship, and it's off to Beast's Castle.
